Flow cytometry analysis of CD19 expression by C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes (right panel) compared to an isotype control (left panel). C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes cells were preincubated with CD16/CD32 Rat mAb (A412018). The cells were then stained with Recombinant CD19 Antibody (PE) (Ab213880) at 0.04μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Blue - Rat IgG (PE) (Ab180312). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
