Flow cytometry analysis of CD81/TAPA-1 expression by human peripheral blood (right panel) compared to an isotype control (left panel). Cells were stained with Recombinant CD81/TAPA-1 Antibody (Biotin) (Ab213877) at 0.1μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Left panel - Mouse IgG (Biotin) (Ab180306).
