Two-color flow cytometric analysis of CD226 expression on C57BL/6 Mouse splenocytes. C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes cells were preincubated with CD16/CD32 Rat mAb (A412018). The cells were then stained with CD8 alpha Rat mAb (FITC) (Ab190208) and either Rat IgG (PE-Cy5) (Ab190072; Left panel) or CD226 Rat mAb (PE-Cy5) (Ab212939; Right panel) at 0.1μg/test.
