Two-color flow cytometric analysis of NKG2D/CD314 expression on C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes. C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes cells were stained with NKG2A/C/E Rat mAb (FITC) (Ab191686) and either Rat IgG (AF647) (Ab190071; Left panel) or NKG2D/CD314 Rat mAb (AF647) (Ab211177; Right panel) at 0.2μg/test.
