Flow cytometry analysis of PSGL-1/CD162 expression by C57BL/6 Mouse splenocytes (right panel) compared to an isotype control (left panel). C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes cells were preincubated with CD16/CD32 Rat mAb (A412018). The cells were then stained with PSGL-1/CD162 Rat mAb (PE-Cy7) (Ab210067) at 0.05μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C.
