EpCAM/CD326 Rat mAb (PE-Cy7) (Ab191767) - Flow Cytometry
Multicolor flow cytometric analysis of EpCAM/CD326 expression on live mouse thymocytes. C57BL/6 mouse thymocytes were preincubated with CD16/CD32 Rat mAb (A412018). The cells were then stained with CD8 alpha Rat mAb (FITC) (Ab190208), CD4 Rat mAb (AF647) (Ab223916) and either Rat IgG (PE-Cy7) (Ab190073; Left panel) or EpCAM/CD326 Rat mAb (PE-Cy7) (Ab191767; Right panel) at 0.3 μg/test. A bivariate pseudocolor density plot showing the correlated expression of CD326 (EpCAM) expression (or Isotype control staining) was derived from CD4- gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable thymocytes.
