Two-color flow cytometric analysis of c-Kit/CD117 expression on C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells. C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells preincubated with CD16/CD32 Rat mAb (A412018). The cells were then stained with CD45R Rat mAb (AF647) (Ab191663) and either Rat IgG (PE-Cy7) (Ab190073; Left panel) or c-Kit/CD117 Rat mAb (PE-Cy7) (Ab191664; Right panel) at 0.1μg/test.
