TIM4 Rat mAb (APC) (Ab191588) - Flow Cytometry
Two-color flow cytometric analysis of TIM4 expression on C57BL/6 mouse peritoneal macrophages. The cells were fixed with 2% PFA for 30 minutes, permeabilized with 0.5% Triton-100 for 30 minutes. The cells were then stained with Recombinant CD11b Antibody (AF405) (Ab213132) and either Rat IgG (APC) (Ab180313; Left panel) or TIM4 Rat mAb (APC) (Ab191588; Right panel) at 0.1 μg/test.
