Flow cytometry analysis of TCR α/β expression by rat splenocytes (right panel) compared to an isotype control (left panel). Cells were preincubated with CD16/CD32 Rat mAb (A412018). The cells were then stained with TCR α/β Mouse mAb (PE) (Ab190276) at 0.3μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Left panel - Mouse IgG (PE) (Ab180308).

The cells were then stained with TCR α/β Mouse mAb (PE) (Ab190276) at 0.3μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Blue - Mouse IgG (PE) (Ab180308). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
