IF image of HA tag Mouse mAb (Ab106776) stained HEK293T cells, transfected with pcDNA3.1-HA-Flag-p62. The cells were 4% para-formaldehyde fixed (20 min) and then incubated in 10% normal goat serum for 1 h to permeabilise the cells and block non-specific pro-tein-protein interactions. The cells were then incubated with the HA tag Mouse mAb (Ab106776) (1/200) and the antibody Flag-tag pAb(1/200) at 5 µg/mL overnight at 4°C. The secondary anti-body (Red) was Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H+L)-TRITC and the secondary antibody (Green) was Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)-FITC used at 1/1000 dilution for 1 h. Hoechst33342 was used to stain the cell nuclei (blue).
