是人体中最重要的一种多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA),是人体“必需脂肪酸”之一,属n-6系列,简记为20:4( n-6)。它是人体内含量最丰富,最为活跃和最必需的一种多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)。它广泛存在于人类的脑细胞和神经末梢。人类大脑的60%是由脑结构脂构成,而AA就约占脑结构总量的40%-50%,在神经末梢甚至高达 70%。在正常人的血浆中的含量也高达400mg/L。母乳中也存在着丰富的AA,授乳第一周后母乳中AA的含量约占类脂物总量的0.4%,是母乳中含量最高的一种多不饱和脂肪酸。 |
