生化机理 全反式视黄醛在体内通过视黄醛脱氢酶的作用转化为视黄酸。视黄酸是视黄酸受体(RAR)和视黄醇 X 受体(RXR)的配体,这两种受体是调节正常细胞和恶性细胞生长和分化的转录因子。视黄醛异构体也是一种发色团,可与视蛋白(一种与 G 蛋白相连的跨膜蛋白家族)结合,在视觉和非视觉系统中形成光敏受体。全反式视黄醛是一种强效光敏剂。
