应用

· 蒽酮法用于比色检测还原糖和非还原糖。 

· 蒽酮可用于定量测定链霉素。 

· 可用于检测含脂质的糖类,可测定液体中的含糖量(如蔗糖和海藻糖)。

Anthrone, also known as 9(10H)-Anthracenone, is a planar tricyclic aromatic ketone. In acidic conditions, anthrone reacts with carbohydrate to yield a blue-green color.
