Flow cytometry analysis of PD-L1 expression by mouse splenocytes cells (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Cells were stained with PD-L1 Rat mAb (FITC) (Ab181114) at 5μL/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Blue - Rat IgG Isotype Control Antibody (FITC) (Ab180311). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
