MMAD-d 8 D is a deuterated form of MMAD, which is a microtubule disrupting agent. The resulting conjugates demonstrate good pharmacokinetic properties In Vivo:The resulting antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) demonstrate complete tumour regression in rodents.
