GC1q R Mouse mAb (Ab104972) - Flow Cytometry
Flow Cytometry analysis of HeLa cells labelling GC1q R (red) with GC1q R Mouse mAb (Ab104972) at 1.0 μg/mL for 1 hour at 4°C. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (PE) (Ab179006) at a dilution of 1/1000 was used as the secondary antibody. Blue - Isotype control, mouse IgG (Ab170221). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
