Product Description

Mouse anti Human EphA2 Antibody, Monoclonal (SHM16), could be used for Flow and so on.
Application:
Flow: Use at an assay dependent concentration.
Protein Function
Receptor for members of the ephrin-A family. Binds to ephrin-A1, -A3, -A4 and -A5. Plays an important role in angiogenesis and tumor neovascularization. The recruitement of VAV2, VAV3 and PI3-kinase p85 subunit by phosphorylated EPHA2 is critical for EFNA1-induced RAC1 GTPase activation and vascular endothelial cell migration and assembly (By similarity). Induces apoptosis in a p53/TP53-independent, caspase-8-dependent manner.

Flow Cytometry analysis of A549 cells labelling EphA2 (red) with EphA2 Mouse mAb (Ab101885) at 0.1 μg/mL for 1 hour at 4°C. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (PE) (Ab179006) at a dilution of 1/1000 was used as the secondary antibody. Blue - Isotype control, mouse IgG (Ab170221). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
