Cells were stained with CD32 Mouse mAb (Biotin) (Ab179707) at 0.1μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Left panel - Mouse IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Biotin) (Ab180306).
