Flow cytometry analysis of CD90/Thy1 expression by Jurkat cells (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Cells were stained with CD90/Thy1 Mouse mAb (PE) (Ab181147) at 5μL/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Blue - Mouse IgG Isotype Control Antibody (PE) (Ab180308). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
