Product Description	Antonia Red™ is a red-shifted dye with an absorbance maximum at 583 nm and an emission wavelength of 602 nm. Antonia Red-lysine-dextran offers easy conjugation to biomolecules and surfaces as well as efficient fixation in cells and tissue.All batches are carefully controlled for molecular weight, appearance, solubility, degree of substitution, fluorescence and free dye. Aladdin produce Antonia Red-dextran from 4 kDa to 150 kDa. Antonia Red-lysine-dextrans are supplied as a purple powder. Structure Antonia Red™-lysine- dextran fractions are synthesised from well-characterised dextran fractions derived from Leuconostoc mesenteroides labelled with Antonia Red. The degree of substitution lies between 0.001-0.01. Spectral data Antonia Red™-lysine-dextran has an absorbance maximum at 583nm and an emission wavelength of 602 nm in borate buffer at pH 9.0. Application Antonia Red™-lysine-dextrans offer easy conjugation for biomolecules and may be used for preserving cells in a” life like” state.
