使用说明
1、将海绵垫、凝胶和转印膜(PVDF膜需要先用甲醇活化)置于转膜缓冲液中平衡2 min左右；
2、装配转膜装置(三明治结构)：以Bio-Rad 转印设备为例，打开转印夹，从负极(转印夹黑色一侧)开始依次铺上海绵垫、凝胶、转印膜，赶走胶与膜之间的气泡，再铺上另一张海绵垫，顺序如图：

注意事项
1、转膜结束后，请将海绵垫用清水冲洗干净，以备下次使用；
2、海绵垫出现破损或明显变薄，请更换新的海绵垫；
3、本产品仅供科研使用。

Protocol
1.Equilibrate the sponge pads, gel, and transfer membrane (activate PVDF membranes with methanol first) in transfer buffer for approximately 2 minutes.
2.Assemble the transfer stack ("sandwich" structure). For example, using a Bio-Rad transfer system:
Open the transfer cassette.
Starting from the negative electrode (black side), layer in the following order:
1.Sponge pad
2.Gel
3.Transfer membrane
Carefully remove any bubbles between the gel and membrane.
Place another sponge pad on top.
Close the cassette securely.
Precautions
1.After transfer, rinse the sponge pads thoroughly with distilled water for reuse.
2.Replace sponge pads if they show visible damage or significant thinning.
3.For research use only.
