To increase the elution efficiency, the incubation time can be extended or the elution can be repeated. The volume of V5 Tag elution buffer is generally 5 times of the initial volume of the gel suspension or magnetic bead suspension.c.Centrifuge at 6,000×g for 30 seconds at 4℃ and carefully transfer the supernatant to a new tube. The supernatant contains the V5-tagged proteins or their protein complexes.4.Store the eluted V5-tagged proteins or protein complexes at 4℃ for immediate use, or -20℃ for long term storage. |
