产品介绍	唾液/拭子样本 DNA 保存液适用于口腔拭子、咽拭子、唾液和漱口水等样本的 DNA 保存，具有简单、安全、方便有效的特点，在室温下保存样本的 DNA 稳定性超过 2 年，满足后续 SNP 分型、芯片杂交、NGS、qPCR 等各种分子生物学实验的需求。使用方法 (1) 唾液、涑口水样本：在收集到样本后，马上用移液器将唾液/拭子样本 DNA 保存液按照 1： 1 比例转入到储存管中。例如每 2 ml 的唾液样品加入 2 ml 唾液/拭子样本 DNA 保存液。 (2) 拭子样本：每个干拭子样本加入 500 µl 唾液/拭子样本 DNA 保存液进行保存。产品特点 (1) 操作使用简单，安全。 (2) 保存于唾液/拭子样本 DNA 保存液的样本 DNA 可在室温贮存超过 2 年，方便运输和存储。 (3) 后续纯化获得的 DNA 质量好，产量高，可代替血液 DNA 来完成各种基因检测及分析实验。如：SNP 分型、芯片杂交、NGS、qPCR 等。 (4) 能抑制各种霉菌病毒的生长，并能杀灭各种传染因子，特别是空气及呼吸道的传染细菌及病毒。注意事项 (1) 避免和眼睛、皮肤接触，一旦接触，用大量清水冲洗，并适当考虑必要的医疗措施。 (2) 需在室温条件下密闭、干燥保存。 The Saliva/Swab DNA Preservation Buffer is designed for the preservation of DNA from various samples, including oral swabs, pharyngeal swabs, saliva, and mouthwash. It is characterized by its simplicity, safety, convenience, and effectiveness. The buffer ensures the stability of DNA at room temperature for over 2 years, meeting the requirements for a variety of downstream molecular biology experiments, such as SNP genotyping, microarray hybridization, NGS, and qPCR. Usage Instructions 1. Saliva and Mouthwash Samples: Immediately after collection, use a pipette to transfer the Saliva/Swab DNA Preservation Buffer into the storage tube at a 1:1 ratio with the sample. For example, add 2 ml of the preservation buffer to every 2 ml of saliva sample. 2. Swab Samples: For each dry swab sample, add 500 µl of the Saliva/Swab DNA Preservation Buffer for preservation. Product Features 1. Simple and safe to use. 2. DNA preserved in the Saliva/Swab DNA Preservation Buffer can be stored at room temperature for over 2 years, facilitating transportation and storage. 3. The DNA obtained from subsequent purification is of high quality and yield, and can replace blood DNA for various genetic detection and analysis experiments, such as SNP genotyping, microarray hybridization, NGS, and qPCR. 4. The buffer can inhibit the growth of various molds and viruses and can inactivate various infectious agents, especially airborne and respiratory tract bacteria and viruses. Precautions 1. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and consider appropriate medical measures if necessary. 2. Store the buffer in a closed, dry container at room temperature.
