产品介绍	一、产品属性保质期: 36个月酸碱度范围: 7.2 - 7.8 防腐剂: CMIT/MIT 沸点：100℃ 外观：无色液体密度（20℃）：1.064 g/cm³ 溶解性：易溶于水气味：无味 Heat sensitive 对热敏感二、保存及运输条件： 1. 保持容器密闭 2. 储存温度2 °C - 8 °C. 3. 不与氧化剂一起储存 4. 在环境温度不超过 30 °C，运输时间应少于一周。三、有效成分及生化机理本产品是一种含有牛血清白蛋白和各种蛋白质稳定添加剂的水溶液，可以稳定不同种类的生物分子；由于具有很强的分子内电荷差物质，本产品适用于在激素中具有很强的带电能力的生物小分子；本产品提供了pH值，离子强度，亲水-疏水以及离子相互作用的最佳环境条件，以持蛋白质或者其他小分子的构像和功能的稳定性；四、生物安全信息溶液中含有杀菌剂，防止微生物变质根据法规(EC) No 1272/2008，本产品不属于危险类别；本产品含有5-chloro-2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one 以及 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one (3:1)，可能引起过敏反应；五、主要优点 1. 蛋白质激素或膜蛋白等敏感生物分子的稳定剂六、使用说明 1.任何填充其他容器或拆分的操作都必须在无菌条件下进行； 2.冷冻溶液解冻后必须充分混合后使用； 3.不应使用显示浑浊的溶液（因为这可能是微生物污染的迹象）。 4.只有熟悉免疫测试生产的合格人员才能处理。 5. 本产品含有牛血清白蛋白。这可能会导致产品性能的轻微变化。因此，建议检查每个新批次在计划反应体系中的应用。不同批次间残留是有可能的。 6.本产品未被稀释可用，生物分子也可根据初始浓度和计划的最终浓度，在稳定剂溶液中逐步稀释。根据反应体系的要求，浓度在0.5 ng/ml和大于5 μ g/ml之间是合适的。 7. 以本产品为基础的标准或对照溶液适用于ELISA、微阵列和膜基分析 8.为了抑制不良效应，可以在溶液中添加例如HAMA粘合剂和/或其他物种特异性蛋白。 9. 为了鉴定目的，可以添加染料。如有需要，请与我们联系。七、限制 1. 新配制的溶液呈乳白色，但几个月后就会消失。稳定性不被此过程影响； 2. 本产品很好地稳定了HRP偶联物，但表现出强烈的信号初始抑制 1、Product attribute Shelf life: 36 months pH Range: 7.2 - 7.8 Preservative: CMIT/MIT Boiling point : 100℃ Appearance: colourless liquid Density (20℃) : 1.064 g/cm³ Water solubility: easily soluble Odour: odourless Heat sensitive 2、Requirements for storage rooms and vessels 1.Keep container tightly closed. 2.Keep cool. 3.Do not store together with: Oxidizing agent. 4. It is possible to transport the solution at ambient temperature, unless it does not exceed 30 °C. The transport should take less than one week. 3、Effective Components and Principle of Function It is based on aqueous buffer systems with bovine serum albumin and further protein stabilizing additives, to stabilize distinct kinds of biomolecules. Furthermore，it contains substances with strong inner molecular charge differences, suitable for small biomolecules with strong charged sections, amongst others hormones. For stabilization of proteins or other biomolecules the solution provides optimum ambient conditions regarding pH value, ionic strength, hydrophilic-hydrophobic as well as ionic interactions, needed to safe the conformation and function. 4、Biosafety information The solutions contain biocides for protection from microbiological spoilage. This mixture is not classified as hazardous in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008； It contains reaction mass of 5-chloro-2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one and 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one (3:1). May produce an allergic reaction. 5、Advantage 1. Stabilizer for sensitive biomolecules like proteohormones or membrane proteins 6、Instruction for usage 1. Any handling to fill in other vessels or splitting has to be done under sterile conditions. 2. Frozen solutions have to be mixed thoroughly after thawing and can be used without restriction afterwards. 3.Solutions showing turbidity should not be used. Since this might be a sign of microbial contamination. 4. Only qualified staff, who are familiar with the production of immunological tests, is permitted to handle this product. 5. The solutions contain bovine serum albumin. This may result in slight shifts of the product properties. Therefore it is recommend to check every new lot for its application in the planned test systems. A reservation of distinct lots is possible. 6. The stabilizer solution is applied undiluted. The biomolecules should be diluted stepwise in the stabilizer solution, depending on the initial concentration and the planned final concentration. Depending on the requirements of the test system concentrations between 0.5 ng/ml and more than 5 µg/ml are suitable. 7. Standard- or control solutions on the basis of this product is suitable for ELISA, micro arrays and membrane based assays. 8. To suppress undesirable effects it is possible to add e.g. HAMA binder and / or further species specific proteins to the solutions. 9. For identification purposes it is possible to add dyes. In case of a request, please contact us. 7、 Special details / Limitations 1.Freshly prepared solutions are slightly opalescent but will clear up within some months. The stabilization effect is not influenced by this process. 2.This solution stabilizes also HRP conjugates very well, but shows a strong initial suppression of signals.
