生化机理 棕榈酸是一种直链16碳脂肪酸。 富含棕榈酸以及月桂酸和肉豆蔻酸的饮食,与血清中低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平升高有关。 棕榈酸是脂肪生成过程产生的第一种脂肪酸。 它是乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACC)的负调节因子,与脂肪酸诱导的胰岛素抵抗有关。 棕榈酸(PA)是膜磷脂(PL)和脂肪三酰基甘油(TAG)的成分。棕榈酸水平升高促进动脉粥样硬化、2型糖尿病、神经退行性疾病、肥胖和癌症的病理生理发展。PA通过调节p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)途径促进内皮细胞的凋亡,并有利于TNF-α的表达和活性氧的积累。PA促进肝细胞中的白细胞介素8(IL-8)合成,导致肝炎。PA通过与toll样受体4(TLR4)的相互作用,诱导心肌细胞的炎性损伤。
