一般描述
HLB亲水亲脂平衡填料由特殊的共聚合技术制备而成，含有特定比例的亲水基和疏水基：疏水性的二乙 烯基苯结构保留非极性化合物，亲水性的N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮结构保留极性化合物。该填料具有良好的水润湿性，可通过水相调节亲水-亲脂平衡，从而获得理想的选择性。
HLB对非极性至中等极性的酸性、中性、碱性化合物均有较好的回收率，特别适合血液、尿液和食物等复杂基质的处理。
通用型填料，应用范围广。
高水可浸润性，不怕溶剂抽干，不易穿透，回收率高，重现性好。
吸附容量和载样量远高于C18键合硅胶（3-10倍）可耐受pH 1-14,兼容大多数溶剂。

Product introduction:
HLB hydrophilic and lipophilic equilibrium filler is prepared by special copolymerization technology and contains specific proportion of hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups: hydrophobic divinylbenzene structure retains non-polar compounds, hydrophilic N-vinylpyrrolidone structure retains polar compounds. The filler has good water wettability and can adjust the hydrophile-lipophilic balance through the water phase to obtain ideal selectivity.
HLB has a good recovery rate for non-polar to intermediate-polar acidic, neutral and alkaline compounds, especially suitable for the treatment of complex matrices such as blood, urine and food.
Universal packing, wide application range.
High water wettability, not afraid of solvent extraction, not easy to penetrate, high recovery rate and good reproducibility.
The adsorption capacity and sample load are much higher than that of C18 bonded silica gel (3-10 times), which can withstand pH 1-14 and is compatible with most solvents.
