产品介绍	物理外观： Liquid 储存缓冲液：PBS pH 7.4, containing 1% BSA and 0.05% Proclin300 Universal Antibody Diluent Buffer is a ready to use PBS based buffer containing Proclin300 and Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) that has been developed for stability during long-term storage and for improved antibody performance. This product can be used for the dilution and formulation of primary or secondary antibodies, including biotinylated antibodies and fluorescent labeled antibodies. This product has been tested to work in WB, IF/ICC, ELISA and Flow Cytometry. Instructions for Use： Perform appropriate fold dilutions of primary or secondary antibodies directly with Universal Antibody Diluent Buffer according to the antibody instructions for use. Antibodies preserved in Universal Antibody Diluent Buffer are recoverable for storage at 4℃ and can be used repeatedly multiple times until ideal results are not achieved then discarded.

IF analysis of beta Tubulin (green) in HeLa cells. The cells were fixed and permeabilized with 100% methanol for 5 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with beta Tubulin Mouse mAb (Ab155823) at 1/2000 dilution in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C, and then incubated with Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Biotin) (Ab179002) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark. Then incubated with Streptavidin protein (FITC) (rp155876) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark (green). The biotinylated antibody and FITC labeled antibody were preserved in Universal Antibody Diluent Buffer (P187048). PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the secondary antibody only control. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue). Images were taken on the confocal laser scanning microscope.

Cells were stained with Recombinant CD3 Antibody (PE) (Ab214237) at 5μL/test for 1 hour at 4°C. The PE labeled antibody was preserved in Universal Antibody Diluent Buffer (P187048).
