产品介绍	本品是一种经过改良的以溴酚蓝为染料，5倍浓缩的蛋白上样缓冲液。本产品中含有变性试剂，但是不含DTT、巯基乙醇等还原剂。可以用于常规的变性非还原型聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的蛋白样品上样。使用说明 1、使用时，在蛋白质样品中加入1/4体积本产品，混匀； 2、将混合物用沸水浴加热3~5min； 3、待冷却后，高速离心5min，上清即可用于电泳分析。如蛋白样品在加入上样缓冲液后，无不溶性残渣，则只需短暂离心，将混合液收集到管底即可。加热后，如果管盖上出现较多冷凝水，建议轻弹离心管将冷凝水和样品混合以后，再进行高速离心步骤，此举有助于降低上样样品浓度不均的现象。注意事项 1、为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作； 2、本产品仅限科研使用。 This product is an improved, 5× concentrated protein loading buffer containing Bromophenol Blue as a tracking dye. It includes denaturing agents but excludes reducing agents such as DTT or β-mercaptoethanol. It is suitable for routine denaturing non-reducing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) of protein samples. Protocol 1.Add 1 volume of loading buffer to 4 volumes of protein sample (1:4 ratio) and mix thoroughly. 2.Heat the mixture in a boiling water bath for 3–5 minutes. 3.After cooling, centrifuge at high speed for 5 minutes. Use the supernatant for electrophoresis. 3.1 Note: If no insoluble debris is observed after adding the loading buffer, brief centrifugation is sufficient to collect the mixture. 3.2 If condensation forms on the tube lid after heating, gently flick the tube to mix the condensation with the sample before centrifugation to ensure uniform loading concentration. Precautions 1.Wear a lab coat and disposable gloves for safety. 2.For research use only.
