产品成像步骤

- 步骤如下 

- 实验准备:准备 5 周龄的 Balb/c 雄性裸鼠,注射肿瘤细胞株系(1×10⁶/0.1ml)于 Balb/c 雄性裸鼠皮下或 尾静脉等部位。 

- 当肿瘤体积长到 60-80mm³ 时,对裸鼠成像,作为对照。 

- 动物成像实验:尾静脉注射 0.2ml(1mg/ml AIE NPs)近红外荧光微球到裸鼠体内,之后对裸鼠成像。

  This series of fluorescent nanoparticles are obtained by coating aggregation-induced emission (AIE) molecules with DSPE-PEG₂₀₀₀. The AIE molecules are embedded inside the nanoparticles. Due to the characteristics of aggregation-induced emission, there is no fluorescence quenching effect during aggregation, which can greatly improve the fluorescence efficiency of AIE molecules.
  This series of nanoparticles have good monodispersity and uniform particle size. After the AIE molecules are wrapped by DSPE-PEG₂₀₀₀, the influence of the external environment on them is isolated, and the fluorescence stability is greatly improved, with a lasting stability fluorescence effect.
  This series of nanoparticles are near-infrared fluorescent nanoparticles, suitable for in vivo imaging of small animals, and have the characteristics of strong tissue penetration, good water solubility, and low biological toxicity. At the same time, we can provide microspheres with different particle sizes and functional groups, which can meet the diverse needs of customers.

Product Imaging Steps
The steps are as follows:
  Experimental Preparation: Prepare 5 - week - old male Balb/c nude mice, and inject the tumor cell line (1×10⁶/0.1ml) subcutaneously into male Balb/c nude mice or into sites such as the tail vein.
  When the tumor volume grows to 60 - 80mm³, perform imaging on the nude mice as a control.
  Animal Imaging Experiment: Inject 0.2ml (1mg/ml AIE NPs) of near - infrared fluorescent microspheres into the nude mice via the tail vein, and then perform imaging on the nude mice.
