Mal Val-Ala-PAB-N (SO2Me) - Hexatecan can be used to synthesize ADC FZ-AD005. FZ-AD005 is an ADC targeting delta like ligand 3 (DLL3, KD=58.3 pM) with anti-tumor activity against SCLC cancer.
