产品介绍	本产品是在传统二抗稀释液的基础上优化的一款针对免疫染色的抗体稀释液，可用于免疫组织化学和免疫细胞化学等免疫染色实验时二抗的稀释。操作流程： 1、试剂准备参考所用的二抗的使用说明，以及一抗的质量和样品中目的蛋白的含量，按照适当比例，例如1:1000、1:500等比例稀释二抗。 2、抗体孵育二抗经本品稀释后即可在适当温度下孵育抗体，直接用于免疫染色。 3、显色反应根据实验需要，选择适当的显色试剂进行显色。注意事项： 1、本品已经经过滤处理，一旦启用，建议在一个月内用完，如果发现有沉淀或细菌污染请弃用。 2、经本品稀释的二抗在适当的保存条件下，1~2周内可以重复使用3~5次。温馨提示为了您的自身安全，使用试剂前，请做好防护，如穿实验服，戴手套等。 This product is an optimized antibody diluent for immunostaining on the basis of traditional second antibody diluent, which can be used for the dilution of second antibody in immunostaining experiments such as immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry. Operation process: 1. Reagent preparation refers to the instructions for the use of the second antibody used, as well as the quality of the primary antibody and the content of the target protein in the sample, diluting the second antibody in accordance with the appropriate proportion, such as 1:1000, 1:500 and other proportions. 2. Antibody incubation The second antibody can be incubated at the appropriate temperature after dilution of this product and directly used for immunostaining. 3, color reaction according to the needs of the experiment, choose the appropriate color reagent for color development. Note: 1. This product has been filtered treatment, once started, it is recommended to use within one month, if found precipitate or bacterial contamination please discard. 2. The second antibody diluted by this product can be reused 3 to 5 times within 1 to 2 weeks under appropriate storage conditions.
