Claricep™ Flash 正相硅胶具有SiO4四面体结构,活性的亲水表面.水分子与裸露的表面通过氢键作用,形成酸性的硅胶.多孔性质和硅醇功能基团使硅胶成为一种经济的色谱分离材料,可以分离弱极性化合物,而此时需要用极性更弱的流动相.我们采用超纯二氧化硅装填(经酸和去离子水洗涤,较窄的粒径范围以及精确控制含水量)
