一般描述

 

技术参数:

1、pH稳定范围:5-9

2、污染物水平:硫化物<0.3%;重金属<50ppm

3、温度抵抗性:可煮沸,可高压灭菌。

4、蛋白吸附:每克透析袋吸附蛋白量小于1ng。

5、化学兼容性:与很多盐兼容,比如CaCl2,(NH4)2SO4;还可与分子生物学及酶学中常用的水溶剂、有机溶剂兼容,如异丙醇、乙醇和丙酮。


预处理:

1、把透析袋剪成适当长度(10-20cm)的小段。  

2、在大体积(500mL)的2%(W/V)的碳酸氢钠和1mmol/L EDTA (pH=8.0)中将透析袋煮沸10min。

3、用蒸馏水彻底清洗透析袋。

4、放在500mL的1 mmol/L EDTA (pH=8.0)中将之煮沸10min。

5、冷却后, 用蒸馏水彻底清洗透析袋。

6、置于20%的酒精中,放于4℃冰箱,必须确保透析袋始终浸没在溶液内。从此时起取用透析袋必须戴手套。

7、在使用前要用蒸馏水将透析袋里外加以清洗干净。


保存方法:  

1、没有处理的透析袋,密封好保存,以防干裂;

2、处理后的透析袋要确保始终浸没在溶液内;

3、原则上透析袋不可重复使用, 如必须重复使用,可将使用过的透析袋用生理盐水浸泡以去掉蛋白,并用蒸馏水清洗干净,然后,用透析袋前处理方法煮透析袋,处理完之后置于20%乙醇中保存,也可以在0.05%叠氮钠(可防止微生物生长)里保存;

4、使用过的透析袋,不可重复处理不同的样品。

Technical parameters:

1. PH stability range: 5-9

2. Pollutant level: sulfide < 0.3%; Heavy metals < 50ppm

4. Protein adsorption: the amount of protein adsorbed per gram of dialysis bag is less than 1ng.

5. Chemical compatibility: compatible with many salts, such as CaCl2, (NH4) 2SO4; It can also be compatible with water solvents and organic solvents commonly used in molecular biology and enzymology, such as isopropanol, ethanol and acetone.

Pretreatment:

1. Cut the dialysis bag into small sections with appropriate length (10-20cm).

2. Boil the dialysis bag in large volume (500ml) of 2% (w / V) sodium bicarbonate and 1mmol / L EDTA (pH = 8.0) for 10min.

3. Wash the dialysis bag thoroughly with distilled water.

4. Boil it in 500ml of 1 mmol / L EDTA (pH = 8.0) for 10min.

5. After cooling, wash the dialysis bag thoroughly with distilled water.

6. Put it in 20% alcohol and put it in a 4 ℃ refrigerator. It must be ensured that the dialysis bag is always immersed in the solution. Gloves must be worn when taking dialysis bags from this time on.

7. Clean the inside and outside of the dialysis bag with distilled water before use.

Save method:

1. The dialysis bag without treatment shall be sealed and stored to prevent dryness and cracking;

2. Ensure that the dialysis bag after treatment is always immersed in the solution;

3. In principle, the dialysis bag cannot be reused. If it must be reused, the used dialysis bag can be soaked in normal saline to remove the protein and cleaned with distilled water. Then, the dialysis bag is boiled by the pretreatment method of dialysis bag. After treatment, it can be stored in 20% ethanol or 0.05% sodium azide (which can prevent microbial growth);

4. The used dialysis bag cannot be used to treat different samples repeatedly.
