预处理:
1、把透析袋剪成适当长度(10-20cm)的小段。
2、在大体积(500mL)的2%(W/V)的碳酸氢钠和1mmol/L EDTA (pH=8.0)中将透析袋煮沸10min。
3、用蒸馏水彻底清洗透析袋。
4、放在500mL的1 mmol/L EDTA (pH=8.0)中将之煮沸10min。
5、冷却后, 用蒸馏水彻底清洗透析袋。
6、置于20%的酒精中,放于4℃冰箱,必须确保透析袋始终浸没在溶液内。从此时起取用透析袋必须戴手套。
7、在使用前要用蒸馏水将透析袋里外加以清洗干净。
保存方法:
1、没有处理的透析袋,密封好保存,以防干裂;
2、处理后的透析袋要确保始终浸没在溶液内;
3、原则上透析袋不可重复使用, 如必须重复使用,可将使用过的透析袋用生理盐水浸泡以去掉蛋白,并用蒸馏水清洗干净,然后,用透析袋前处理方法煮透析袋,处理完之后置于20%乙醇中保存,也可以在0.05%叠氮钠(可防止微生物生长)里保存;
4、使用过的透析袋,不可重复处理不同的样品。

Pretreatment:

5. After cooling, wash the dialysis bag thoroughly with distilled water.
6. Put it in 20% alcohol and put it in a 4 ℃ refrigerator. It must be ensured that the dialysis bag is always immersed in the solution. Gloves must be worn when taking dialysis bags from this time on.
7. Clean the inside and outside of the dialysis bag with distilled water before use.
Save method:
1. The dialysis bag without treatment shall be sealed and stored to prevent dryness and cracking;
2. Ensure that the dialysis bag after treatment is always immersed in the solution;
3. In principle, the dialysis bag cannot be reused. If it must be reused, the used dialysis bag can be soaked in normal saline to remove the protein and cleaned with distilled water. Then, the dialysis bag is boiled by the pretreatment method of dialysis bag. After treatment, it can be stored in 20% ethanol or 0.05% sodium azide (which can prevent microbial growth);
4. The used dialysis bag cannot be used to treat different samples repeatedly.
