易风化。在透射光下呈宝石红色,加热到100ºC失去部分结晶水而变绿色,110℃时得二水物,350℃时变成无水物呈浅黄绿色,并失去水溶性。溶于水和稀酸,不溶于醇,能溶于4份冷水、2份沸水,几乎不溶于醇。其水溶液冷时呈紫色,热时呈绿色。 显微分析用固着剂,皮革,制备其他铬盐。 Chromium(III) potassium sulfate dodecahydrate (Potassium chromium(III) sulfate dodecahydrate, Chrome alum) is a violet colored solid. It has been synthesized by reacting sulfur dioxide with potassium dichromate (diisolved in sulfuric acid) at -38°C. It is widely used chemical in dyeing and textile industry. |
