Two-color flow cytometric analysis of IgG expression on viable Human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Cells were preincubated with Human Fc Receptor Blocking Solution (H1374078). The cells were then stained with Recombinant CD19 Antibody (AF405) (Ab223516) and either Mouse IgG (PerCP-Cy5.5) (Ab190081; Left panel) or Mouse Anti-Human IgG (PerCP-Cy5.5) (Ab226757; Right panel) at 0.3μg/test.

Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
