Goat Anti-Human IgG (LumiDye™ Yellow-Green 566) (Ab220541) -IF/ICC
IF analysis of EpCAM (red) in HT-29 cells. The cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde Fix Solution (P395744) for 15 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with Citatuzumab (anti-EpCAM) (Ab209902) at 1/1000 dilution in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C, and then incubated with Goat Anti-Human IgG (LumiDye™ Yellow-Green 566) (Ab220541) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark (red). PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the secondary antibody only control. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue). Images were taken on the confocal laser scanning microscope.

Flow Cytometry analysis of HT-29 cells labelling EpCAM (red) with Citatuzumab (anti-EpCAM) (Ab209902). Goat Anti-Human IgG (LumiDye™ Yellow-Green 566) (Ab220541) at a dilution of 1/900 was used as the secondary antibody. Blue - Isotype control, Human IgG (Ab170213). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
