Flow Cytometry analysis of HA tag expression by HEK293T cells transfected with a eGFP-HA tag (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). The cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde Fix Solution (P395744) for 15 minutes, permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100 (I743383) for 15 minutes and then stained with Recombinant HA tag Antibody (Ab106771) at 0.5 μg/mL for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Then incubated with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (LumiDye™ Yellow-Green 620) (Ab220493) at a dilution of 1/300 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark. Blue - Rabbit IgG (Ab170215). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
