Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (AF594) (Ready to use) (Ab220058) - IF/ICC
IF analysis of HA tag (red) in HEK293T cells transfected with an eGFP-HA tag. The cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde Fix Solution (P395744) for 15 minutes, permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100 (I743383) for 15 minutes, and blocked with 5% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with Recombinant HA tag Antibody (Ab106771) at 0.5 μg/mL in blocking buffer for 2 hour at RT and then incubated with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (AF594) (Ready to use) (Ab220058) at 1mL/well for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark (red). A 24-well cell culture plate was used for this experiment. PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the secondary antibody only control. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue). Images were taken on the confocal laser scanning microscope.

Flow Cytometry analysis of HA tag expression by HEK293T cells transfected with an eGFP-HA tag (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). The cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde Fix Solution (P395744) for 15 minutes, permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100 (I743383) for 15 minutes and then stained with Recombinant HA tag Antibody (Ab106771) at 0.5 μg/mL for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Then incubated with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (AF594) (Ready to use) (Ab220058) at 100 μL/well was used as the secondary antibody. Blue - Rabbit IgG (Ab170215).
