Goat Anti-Human IgG (AF488) (Ready to use) (Ab218703) - IF/ICC
IF analysis of EpCAM (green) in HT-29 cells. The cells were fixed with 4% PFA for 15 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with Citatuzumab (anti-EpCAM) (Ab209902) at 1/1000 dilution in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C. Then incubated with Goat Anti-Human IgG (AF488) (Ready to use) (Ab218703) at 2mL/well for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark (green). A 6-well cell culture plate was used for this experiment. PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the secondary antibody only control. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue). Images were taken on the confocal laser scanning microscope.

Goat Anti-Human IgG (AF488) (Ready to use) (Ab218703) at 100 μL/well was used as the secondary antibody. Blue - Isotype control, Human IgG (Ab170213). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
