Two-color flow cytometric analysis of Ly76/TER-119 expression on C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells. Cells were preincubated with Mouse FcR Blocking Reagent (Ab219990). The cells were then stained with Recombinant CD45 Antibody (AF647) (Ab213883) and either Rat IgG (AF594) (Ab190241; Left panel) or Recombinant Ly76/TER-119 Antibody (AF594) (Ab216145; Right panel) at 0.1μg/test.
