Two-color flow cytometric analysis of Ly76/TER-119 expression on mouse bone marrow. C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells were stained with Recombinant CD45 Antibody (AF647) (Ab213883) and either Rat IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Biotin) (Ab180310; Left panel) or Recombinant Ly76/TER-119 Antibody (Ab212160; Right panel) at 0.2 μg/mL. Two-color flow cytometric dot plots showing the correlated expression of CD45 versus Ly76/TER-119 (or Isotype control staining) were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable mononuclear cells.
