使用本产品前请仔细阅读本说明书。 检验方法 1. 将待检样本涂抹在载玻片上，加热固定，形成厚薄适宜的涂膜； 2. 滴加AIE染色液直至覆盖涂膜，置于60℃加热台上染色3min（必要时可补加染色液，防止染色液蒸干）， 蒸馏水冲洗； 3. 滴加酸性脱色液直至覆盖涂膜，脱色3min，蒸馏水冲洗，盖上盖玻片； 4. 通过荧光显微镜的 B 通道（激发：460-490nm；发射：510-550nm）对涂片进行观察。分枝杆菌显 示出明亮的绿色且形态结构清晰可辨，非分枝杆菌组分不显示颜色或显示微弱的绿色。 注意事项 1. 试剂取用后盖紧试剂瓶，以防试剂挥发和污染。 2. 使用本品时应佩戴一次性手套，避免和皮肤、眼睛接触，一旦接触，立即用大量清水冲洗，如果误服或 者溅入眼睛，请及时就医。 3. 所有样本、生物试剂及实验物品都应被视为有潜在传染性，须根据当地法规按照医疗废物处理。 4. 使用本产品过程中如有问题或建议，请与厂家联系。
Intended Use For acid - fast fluorescence staining of mycobacteria and other bacteria. Test Principle This product utilizes the characteristic that mycobacteria can bind to AIE fluorescent dyes and are not easily washed off by acidic decolorizing solution. As a result, mycobacteria show significant fluorescence under the observation of a specific channel of a fluorescence microscope, while non - mycobacterial groups show no or very weak fluorescence, thus distinguishing and detecting mycobacteria. This staining solution can be used to observe mycobacteria under a low - power microscope, and their morphological structure is clearly distinguishable.
