产品优势 1、细胞毒性相对较小，可以进行活细胞成像； 2、强抗光漂白能力，40 次共 15 分钟的激光扫描，发射荧光强度不变； 3、背景信号低，快速成像。 实验方法 1、染料储备液准备：短暂离心后，向一管 溶酶体红色探针（聚集诱导发光）中加入400 µL无水DMSO，超声处理并吹 打均匀后，得到浓度为2 mM 的 溶酶体红色探针（聚集诱导发光）储备液，适当分装后避光保存于-20℃或更低温度； 2、染料工作液准备：取5 µL 溶酶体红色探针（聚集诱导发光）储备液加入到1-2 mL 细胞培养液或适当的缓冲液中(例如 PBS)，得到终浓度5-10 μM 的 溶酶体红色探针（聚集诱导发光）工作液，可根据实验需求调整终浓度； 3、细胞染色。适量的工作染液孵育贴壁细胞15-30 min（最好置于细胞培养箱中），PBS清洗三次，用 共聚焦荧光显微镜或荧光显微镜观察，激发波长设为488 nm，收集640-750 nm的信号。 注意事项 1、第一次使用前请先短暂离心，配置好母液后分装，于-20℃保存，避免反复冻融； 2、本品出现黑色沉淀为正常现象，每次使用前请超声； 3、为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作； 4、本品仅适用于科研用途。

Experimental Methods 1.Preparation of dye stock solution: After a brief centrifugation, add 400 µL of anhydrous DMSO to a tube of Lysosome Red Probe (AIE). After ultrasonic treatment and pipetting to mix evenly, a 2 mM Lysosome Red Probe (AIE) stock solution is obtained. Appropriately aliquot it and store it protected from light at -20 °C or a lower temperature; 2.Preparation of dye working solution: Take 5 µL of the Lysosome Red Probe (AIE) stock solution and add it to 1-2 mL of cell culture medium or an appropriate buffer (such as PBS) to obtain an Lysosome Red Probe (AIE) working solution with a final concentration of 5-10 μM. The final concentration can be adjusted according to experimental needs; 3.Cell staining: Incubate adherent cells with an appropriate amount of the working dye solution for 15-30 minutes (preferably in a cell incubator). Wash three times with PBS. Observe using a confocal fluorescence microscope or a fluorescence microscope. Set the excitation wavelength to 488 nm and collect signals at 640-750 nm. Precautions 1.Before the first use, please centrifuge briefly. After preparing the mother solution, aliquot it and store it at -20 °C to avoid repeated freezing and thawing; 2.The appearance of black precipitates in this product is a normal phenomenon.
