本品为玫苯胺(Rosaniline)二磺酸钠盐及三磺酸钠盐、铵盐的混合物,为有绿色金属光泽的深红色粉末或橄榄色到深橄榄绿色粗粉或小块。1g可溶于7ml水,微溶于乙醇。稀水溶液呈紫红色,极稀的水溶液(1:10000)滴入浓氢氧化钠溶液而褪色,但对浓盐酸不褪色。红色到无色的pH为12-14。最大吸收波长540-545nm(10mg/L,0.01%盐酸)。有刺激性。Colour Index Number 42685 检定游离氯,生物染色剂,如结缔组织和细菌鞭毛的染色。pH指示剂。 Acid Fuchsin is mainly used as a diachrome and is part of the connective tissue stains. It also works as a pH indicator. |
