| Product Description |
Properties of Super Fluor 750 activated ester Activated ester molecular weight: 1300 Maximum emission wavelength (nm): 775 Raw material preparation A. Reactive dye 1mg; B. Sodium bicarbonate ~ 84mg; C. Antibody purification resin P-30/Sephadex G25M/dialysis bag; D. 5 empty columns; E. 5 collection tubes; Note: The purified protein buffer must not contain ammonium ions or primary ammonium ions, because they will compete with the protein to bind reactive dyes. Impure antibodies or antibodies containing BSA or gelatin are not well labeled. Low concentration of NaN3 (<3mM) or thimerosal (<1mM) does not affect the coupling effect. Reactive dye stability and storage The unopened powder can be stored for 6 months in the dark and dry at -20℃. The aqueous solution can not be stored when used. Any dissolved dye is best used immediately; anhydrous DMSO solution is stored at -20°C for up to 2 weeks. |
