This NTP Mix (10mM each, Tris Buffered) is a mixed aqueous solution of ATP, CTP, GTP and UTP at 10mM each.This product is free of DNase and RNase, and can be used in different molecular biology and biochemistry applications, such as in vitro transcription with SP6, T3 and T7 RNA polymerases, RNA synthesis, and RNA amplification.
