This NTP Mix (25mM each, Tris Buffered) is a mixed aqueous solution of ATP, CTP, GTP and UTP at 25mM each.This product is free of DNase and RNase, and can be used in different molecular biology and biochemistry applications, such as in vitro transcription with SP6, T3 and T7 RNA polymerases, RNA synthesis, and RNA amplification.This product is prepared in 1mM Tris at pH 7.3-7.5.

This product can be thawed at room temperature. Keep it on ice for use and store at -20ºC immediately after use.This product is for R&D only. Not for drug, household, or other uses.For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during the operation.
