Human peripheral blood cells were stained with Human IgG4-kappa (Bitoin) (Ab212741) (right panel) at 0.1μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark.
