Gentamicin is a Aminoglycoside with oral activity, which can inhibit the growth of Gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria and inhibit many mycoplasma strains in tissue culture. The IC50 value of Gentamicin inhibiting DNase I activity is 0.57 mM.
