Flow cytometry analysis of CD48 expression by C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Cells were stained with CD48 Armenian hamster mAb (Biotin) (Ab189671) at 0.3μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Blue - Armenian Hamster IgG (Biotin) (Ab191741). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
